Serve well chilled. This sweet vino, packed with fruit, is a delight on its own or as dessert vino.
Notas de cata:
Les dernières grives, one of a kind
An elegant, full-bodied vino. The open bouquet reveals well-balanced acidity, fruit and ripe grape aromas leading to hints of vanilla. Harvested late in the season, once the last thrushes (‘dernières grives’) have left, the mature grapes produce a rich vino, with a fresh, intense flavour. Traces of white truffle on the nose and sweetness on the palate are enhanced by lingering fruit. Great balance and fullness… an exquisitely smooth vino.
Conservación:
Should be stored on its side, in a cool dark place. Will keep for a good ten years.
