Winemaker
Yves Grassa decided to add the fresh sauvignon Blanc and later also the fruity
gros manseng to the ugni Blanc and colombard, the classics of the region.
A perfect
blend! Fresh, less alcohol (10,5%) and not to dry.
A tasty
drink wine or a good combination with salads and seafood.
