Every
week Harold Hamersma tastes different wines with a panel. He asks specialized
wine shops and supermarkets to deliver their most delicious wines that are in
good combination with a dish that Mrs. Hamersma cooks. The wines are tasted
blindly and this week they will be tasted in combination with Bastilla with
chicken. This is a savory-sweet Moroccan dish.

Comments
from the panel:
Diederick Koopal: Extraordinary tasty. A fresh wine is tasteful
accompanying this dish. Not too complicated or doing to interesting.
Alvaro Steenbergen: Fragrant, almost an exuberant wine. Juicy
white and yellow fruit, and a lot of exotic tastes that are going so well with
the Bastilla. The best suggested wine for this dish.
Harold
Hamersma:
Very lively and refreshing. Ripe pear, melon and raisin in taste and on the
other hand invigorating and pointy acids.
