This half-bottle comes as an addition to the various formats of Premières Grives already available:
Premières Grives is now available in 37,5 cl half-bottle, 75 cl bottle, 150 cl magnum, 3-Litre BIB, and 3-Litre and 6-Litre large format bottles. All these formats offer the same quality of wine and are vintage-dated.
Made from Gros Manseng, a grape variety indigenous to the South West of France, Premières Grives is characterised by its great freshness with delicate exotic fruit, mango and apricot notes. It is at once round, rich, and very well- balanced.
Ideal as an aperitif, then with semi-cooked or pan-seared foie gras, a roasted free-range chicken, coconut milk shrimps, spicy dishes, hard or blue cheese. It also goes very well with a lemon meringue pie, a fresh fruit salad, a chocolate-strawberry macaron or a vanilla mille-feuille.
